
The menu is the same for both options. The main difference is that during the cooking class, guests actively participate by chopping and cooking Hvar “Šalša” with us. It’s a traditional tomato sauce that we serve on its own and also use as an ingredient in several main courses - our absolute favorite and something we eat daily, especially on Hvar during the hot summer months.
Our experiences are limited to eight guests per day, ensuring a personal and intimate experience. On special occasions, the experience can be expanded to accommodate more guests - in that case, please contact us directly.
