We are Kornelija and Morana, and together we left the corporate world behind to reconnect with the land and share the authentic traditions of Hvar with our visitors. Poje Hvar is our family-run, women-owned business, deeply inspired by generations of knowledge and experience handed down from our Nonna.

Poje is a unique culinary concept located on our UNESCO-protected family estate on Hvar Island. Through private cooking classes and intimate dinners, we offer an authentic experience of local traditions, culture, and history. Our menus are built around beloved family recipes, homemade drinks, and the freshest ingredients harvested straight from our own garden. Guests enjoy a warm, personalized experience that includes guided field tours, tastings, and plenty of storytelling about Hvar’s rich heritage.
